Welcome,

My name is Jenna and I have been living with Type One Diabetes for Eighteen years, I am on the Medtronic 770G Insulin Pump with the Guardian 3 Sensors. I’ve always wanted a creative outlet so I started this blog so I could share my stories and experiences with my diabetes. I want everyone to know in the type one diabetes community that you’re not alone.

My diagnosis with Coeliac Disease came in September 2018, I have been on a strict gluten free diet ever since. I can’t wait to share my favourite gluten free foods with you. Gluten-free food doesn’t have to be boring.

In October 2020 it was discovered that I have a genetic condition called Cowden syndrome (Pten), this means I have a faulty gene that puts at a greater risk of certain cancers. I will share more in future blog posts.

My fiancé and I welcomed our beautiful baby boy back in May 2022, life is hectic with a toddler let me tell you.

I’m excited to be back blogging again and I want to say thank you to all my followers for following my blog.
